Appointment, Cancellation, and Refund Policies:

APPOINTMENT RESCHEDULING: Please note that you can easily reschedule your appointment online up to 24 hours prior to your session. To reschedule an appointment with less than 24-hour notice, please text our office at (520) 341-8818. Rescheduling is at our discretion only. A missed appointment will result in the charge of the full session fee.

CANCELLATIONS: Canceling your appointment requires 48 hours of notice. You can cancel online within this time frame.

REFUNDS: Refunds are issued upon cancellation of an appointment within 48 hours’ notice. Administration fees as charged by the credit card company are deducted from any refund. Cancellations after the 48-hour period are at the discretion of Cynthia Rose Medium.
