What to Expect
A sacred practice
While I’m a medium and psychic, and those gifts are part of how I work, I don’t consider this fortune telling. (Fortune telling takes away free choice and I believe in personal agency.)
I consider reading a horary chart as sacred as connecting with guides and asking for insight. This is a discipline with its own rules. If you have a deep need within to know, a horary like the oracle will speak in the chart.
Your own guidance
In all my sessions and teaching, I believe it's important to encourage each person to develop their own knowing and guidance. Never follow anyone. Never give your power away.
Take the information I send your way, sit with it, then make your own decision. Your free will is the choices you make in your life, and being well informed is a choice you can make as well.
Everything you share with me is confidential.
I don't share any personal or identifying details of your question with anyone. (I may collect random unidentifiable information for research collection. If you wish for me not to, just let me know.) A horary reading is only offered as additional insight, and it doesn't replace medical, legal, or financial advice.
Who's reading your chart
I've been an oracle for more than forty years, and I've studied astrology after Dennis MacMillan did my natal chart just before I turned fifteen years of age. I graduated from Kepler College, and I trained in horary specifically at the STA with Deborah Houlding.
I'm also an ordained Interfaith minister, and the author of Transcendence: A Medium's Healing Journey.
I tell you this not to impress you but so you know what you're getting. Horary is a discipline with its own rules, and it takes years to learn to read a chart well. I put in those years. When your question comes to me, it's read by someone who was taught properly and who takes it seriously.
What I'm really in the business of is helping people transform. A horary reading is one small, precise way of doing that: one honest answer, so you can make your own decision with clearer eyes.

Here’s How to Ask Your Question
Before you write it
Please take a few moments to read these five guidelines before submitting your question.
Sit with the question first. A question asked on impulse rarely makes a clear chart. The best horary questions come from something you've genuinely been carrying for a while.
Ask about a real situation that's already in motion. Horary reads what's actually moving in your life. Asking whether you'll get married when you're not dating anyone isn't a real question. There's nothing there yet for the chart to read. I think you get the picture.
Ask what will happen, not what you should do.
Ask "Will I get offered the job I interviewed for?" rather than "Should I take the job?"
Ask "Will the house sell this year?" rather than "Should I sell?"
The chart can tell you how something is likely to go, and sometimes when. It can't make your choice for you, and I wouldn't want it to.
Ask ONE question, with the background. If you have more than one, pick the one that's loudest or most foundational to the query at hand. Then give me a few honest sentences about the situation, who's involved, and what's already happened. A question with no background is much harder to read.
Ask only if you don't already know. If you know the answer and you're hoping the chart will say something different, that isn't a question. Ask when you're ready to hear what's there.

How to word your question: Will [something specific] happen
Will I get the position I interviewed for? Will my mother's house sell before the end of the year? Will Mark and I get back together? Will the loan be approved? I’ve looked everywhere, where is my ring?
Reading terms
Your readingis a written horary interpretation sent by email to the address you entered. It isn't recorded and isn't a live session. Standard turnaround is within 14 business days of purchase. Priority turnaround is within 7 business days. If CynthiaRose writes to you with a clarifying question, please reply promptly; your turnaround window starts from the day she receives your reply. Please don't write to check on your reading before your window has passed, and please check your spam folder first if it has. Because each reading is prepared specifically for you, no refunds are offered once the reading has begun, including if you don't like or don't agree with the answer. To cancel before work has begun, email [email protected]. If a priority window can't be met, CynthiaRose will reach out with the soonest date she can respond, or refund the $100 priority fee in full and deliver the reading on the standard schedule. More Questions
When exactly is my chart cast?
For the moment I receive and understand your question, where I am when I sit down with it. That may be a little while after you send it, since I take questions in order. That's how horary has always worked, and it's why the chart belongs to your question and not to the form.
What if my question isn't a good horary question?
I'll write to you and help you reshape it, at no extra charge. Reading the five rules beside the form first will save us both time.
What if you need something from me?
Sometimes I’ll write to you with a question before I cast your chart. Please reply as soon as you can. Your turnaround window, standard or priority, starts from the day I receive your reply.
Can I ask a follow-up?
If something in your reading needs clarifying, reply to it and I'll answer briefly by email. A new question is a new reading.
Can I add the conversation after I've read my answer?
Not at the moment. If you think you'll want to talk it through, choose the reading with the conversation when you purchase.
Can I get priority turnaround with the conversation?
Yes. Priority speeds up your written answer to 7 business days. The conversation is scheduled around availability after your answer arrives
How accurate is this?
I work carefully, I trained for this, but I'm not infallible and no reading is guaranteed. I tell you what I see as clearly and honestly as I can. A deep need for an answer in a situation will show the circumstances in the chart. I simply provide you with more information that allows you to make a decision.
I'm nervous. What if I don't like the answer?
Then it may not be the right moment to ask. Horary brings clarity, and clarity sometimes means hearing something hard. Ask when you're ready to hear it.
Do you offer refunds?
Because each reading is prepared specifically for you, I don't offer refunds once I've begun. If you need to cancel before I've started, email [email protected] as soon as you can. If I can't meet the 7-business-day window, I'll reach out with the soonest date I can respond, or refund your $100 priority fee in full. If I've written to you with a question, that window starts from the day I receive your reply.
Where does my reading arrive, and what if I don't see it?
In your email, at the address you enter on the form. Check your spam or promotions folder before writing to ask where it is; email delivery sometimes lands there.
How is this different from a session with you?
A horary supports you in answering one specific question using astrology, in writing. A session with me is live, and it's a different kind of work entirely: evidence from loved ones, messages from guides, your soul path.
Who did you study horary with?
Deborah Houlding, School of Traditional Astrology (Horary). Before that I graduated from Kepler College, and I've studied astrology since I was just about seventeen. These are major studies but I still study. Astrology is a lifetime of learning.
